1. All prices* are per person. Prices are
subject to change. Your final bill will reflect the number
of confirmed guests (5 business days prior) or the number
in attendance - whichever is greater. Where service is required
minimum booking 100 people. A minimum charge may apply.
* Dinner prices include set-up,
take-down, linens & buffet skirts, taxes, (sound system
& screen in gym)(A/V equipment available on request).
2. Menu selections must be made at least 30
days prior to the function to ensure availability. Please
advise us of vegetarian & allergy needs.
3. Food services requires:
- 10% deposit on an estimated number of guests at time
of booking the function.
- 40% deposit 30 days in advance of the booked function
date.
- 50% or the balance due on the function date, should
be paid on the same night as well as any rental.
- 60 days written notice is required to refund deposits
paid.
4. In accordance with health regulations,
unused food from buffets may not be removed from the premises.
5. Plain white paper dinner napkins are supplied
with every function, unless a napkin of your choice has
been purchased by you.
6. No alcohol or beverages containing alcohol
are permitted on the premises.
7. Any foods prepared off-site must
be in accordance with the kitchen use guidelines.
