Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.

 1 Cor. 1: 3,4.

My passion lives in the area of caring for the hurting people. Life is HARD. God is GOOD. That jump often involves hurt, rejection, pain, and then moves too, resources, help, hope, and healing. That is where we come in. Central Heights Church offers the following courses as part of this healing process.

    1)       Before you Divorce - Choosing Wisely- the couple chooses the reconcile

              or head done the divorce route.

   2)       Divorce Care – a weekly support group for those separated or divorced.

   3)       DC4K- a weekly support group for children of divorce (ages 5-12)

   4)       Boundaries for Adults- Find out what we are responsible for- and to whom we

             are responsible to.

   5)       Effective Relationships- What does it take to make a relationship effective?

   6)       Personal Counselling

God continues to do His work in healing our broken and torn lives I am encouraged and blessed as I witness that, on a regular basis. I am pleased to be called by God to this ministry. Why? My own life has also seen tragedy-yet God did not leave me. My wife Louise and I have been members of Central Heights Church since 1995, when we helped start the Divorce Care program. We love it, because we see God remake lives right in front of us. That is exciting. Praise God.
