Rushia Klassen [Women]

I believe people need one another, and being involved in Women’s ministries for the past 8 years in this church has shown it be true. When women gather to pray together, to share each other’s – sometimes shedding a tear, and sometimes laughter, we are able to encourage one another to carry on.  God has created us each unique and beautiful and walking through life together in Bible studies, and depending on the strength God provides us has been quite an exciting adventure. I believe Jesus is my hope and as the giver of life, His love keeps me loving, smiling, praying and reaching out to help someone up or take a hand and be encouraged to press on.

When I am not serving here I can be found caring for my husband and 5 children. That is a blessing and in that role I am nurse, psychologist, taxi driver, tutor, nurturer, friend, cheerleader, lunch maker, maid, and oh, the list goes on and on. I thoroughly enjoy writing, quilting, reading, gardening and garage sales. I believe all women need encouragement and the best place to get it is from God’s word, the Bible.
