Luella Thiessen [Receptionist]

I came to Central Heights in 2000 having previously worked as a church secretary for eight years in the Abbotsford area.

I have always enjoyed the atmosphere of church life and over the years have served in youth, hospitality, children's and music ministries.

I grew up in the Matsqui/Abbotsford area, attended the Matsqui MB Church, and spent one year at CBC before my marriage to Dave Thiessen and move to Coaldale, AB in 1969. We have three

children – Kristine (married to Mike Stobbe), Brandon (married to Nadine Neudorf) and Melanie (married to Paul Hiebert) who were born and raised in this small farming community. In 1991, we experienced bankruptcy and left our home of twenty-three years to settle in Abbotsford. Dave now manages a commercial egg poultry farm and enjoys his hunting trips with friends.

When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with our grand kids and working on special projects (woodwork and sewing). We have six beautiful grandchildren: Grace, Moses, Abby, Chet, Jacob and Ben. God has been GOOD!
