Ruth Leppky [Facilities]

I have been on staff at CHC for about 10 ½ years and it has been an enjoyable experience.

My current role as Director of Facilities means that I see that the building is cleaned, maintained and ready for each of the scheduled events. It is also my job to deal with all rentals and in house bookings and keep the church calendars updated. This is many times the most challenging part of my work. I work with a team of 1 full time and 3 part time custodians plus a fine group of volunteer maintenance men.

If you need a place to hold a wedding, seminar, concert, small group meeting, anniversary, funeral etc. then contacting me is a good place to start. A good part of our booking calendar is filled with CentralHeights events but at times we also have room for rentals. I also do the initial bookings for all food service events held on our premises.

On a personal note, I have been a believer in Jesus for pretty much my whole life and found Him to be the reason that anything is worth doing. My husband Dave and I have been married for nearly 35 years. Our 3 children are Mark & Vicki Leppky, Grace & Bruce Janzen and Paul & Jodi Leppky; they all live and work locally. We also have 3 precious grandchildren, Sydney (4), Taryn (2) and Nathanael new born. We love our family very much and the little ones are an added blessing and joy.
