Children's Ministry
The Children's Ministry at Central Heights exists to create an environment where the lives of children can be transformed through teaching Biblical principles in a consistent and methodical way and encouraging a prayer life and faith growth through parental involvement at home. Our classroom environments will foster mentoring and peer relationships while also providing fun connecting activities and events for our children, their parents and friends.
In order to help our children be God Saturated, we seek to make prayer foundational and to provide age-appropriate worship experiences for them.
With a desire to see our children Engaged in Discipleship, we provide small group experiences through our programs. Because we believe that parents are the greatest "disciplers" that children can have, we also provide resources and training to help parents and children learn more about God and grow in their personal faith at home.
Because we believe that outreach is important, we encourage our children to be Incarnational in Reaching Out to the community around them, building relationships with their friends and inviting them to be involved in special events during the year. We also encourage involvement in service projects like Operation Christmas Child and other programs that help people in need around the world.
