Gary is convinced that we need to etch out spaces in our lives where we might stop and examine things. Gary has created numerous unique opportunities for you to "get apart" from the things that distract, experience adventure and mission and consider life.
Take The Step
- One on one meetings - Coffees or ??? available often
- Weekly Men's Fireside - Just a time to talk and pray for one another.
- Cabin in the bush - Within an hour of Abbotsford you can be in a rustic retreat. Gary will serve you an outdoor meal and allow you to experience the solitude of the place. This takes at least a 3 hour block, can be an overnight or an extended stay. Cost Varies
- Commercial Fish boat Tours - Gary skippered for 15 years and has boats available for evening and overnight trips for men, couples and for father/child groups. Limited space. $55.00 per person for overnight and $20.00 per person for day trips. Sept 22 Evening, Oct 9 10 11 Pit Lake. More dates to come.
- Golf Tour - 3 or 4 rounds in Osoyoos area. October 9-11 - (I know it is Thanksgiving but it is Golf. Date may change when wife sees this.) Approx. $400.00
- Duffy Lake Motorcycle Tour - Late Sept Early Oct 2-3 - Leave Friday night and ride to Accomodations in Whistler. Finish the loop through Saturday. $30.00 per person.
- Serve Mexico Trip- Nov 13 - 18 - small group. Geared for adults. Small building projects, distributing blankets and humanitarian needs. $950.00
- Men's retreat. January 22-24, 2010 - $100.00 for food and accomodations. Recreation is up to you.
- Guatemala Service Trip. We will be working with Blayne Griener and a Guatemalan Pastor serving in orphanages, hospitals and schools. January 30 till Feb 8th (date may change by a day or two.) 1400.00 includes Flights, Accomo. Food and transpo and some project money. This is geared for adults but some teens will be attending.
- Guatemala Couples Retreat - Couples from here sponsor couples from there and then we all experience a bi lingual couples Weekend together in Antigua Guatemala. Vacation, Missions and Marriage all in one package. Date to be Determined. I am looking for interested couples to help shape this exciting opportunity by joining an action team.
- March Serve Mexico - March 1 - 9 geared for youth and families. Experience 8 days of adventure with a purpose. Light building projects, serving a nursery care. Handing out blankets and humanitarian needs. Spring Golf Tour - $1200.00 includes Air Accomo Food and Transportation
