Our Women's Centre is open over the summer on Thursdays, 10:00 - 11:30am.

Join us for Connections, Provision, Prayer and Friendship in our coffee-house style atmosphere.

Our Vision

Our vision is for each woman that encounters Central Heights Church to have a place to connect with God, with other women, and to have an opportunity to give back to her community.

Connecting here at Central Heights is a life-changing experience. We believe in meeting the needs of the whole person. Whether your need is emotional, physical, spiritual or social our desire is to help. As you connect here you will receive support, teaching and training that will help grow you, mold you and shape you, as we together rely on Jesus and the Holy Spirit's power.

The Leadership Team

Let us introduce ourselves! We, Sandy and Rushia, work as a team to oversee Women's Ministries. We work with a vibrant team of leaders who are dedicated, gifted and available to meet the growing needs of women.

Bios

Sandy is a mother of four boys and happily married to Mark. Her professional training is in social work and her compassionate heart has impacted those in need. Sandy loves to learn and serves God faithfully.

She is an avid traveler, loves animals, and is an outdoors-woman pursuing skiing and golfing. One day Sandy would love to see our Central Heights Women's Centre become a more central place for women in Abbotsford to receive care and meet Jesus.

Rushia is a mother of five and wife to Dave. She loves people and was a teacher prior to her child-rearing years.

Her love of God's truth and seeing its impact on others makes her job at Central Heights so rewarding. Rushia loves to garden, is an outdoor enthusiast and aspires one day to paint. She believes all women need encouragement, and when you meet her, she'll be sure to encourage you!
