Sunday Morning Apologetics

Apologetics is an interesting word. It has a rich Christian History and relates to the defending of Christian thinking and beliefs. The goal of this class is to engage individuals to think through why they believe what they believe. We want to shape our spiritual opinions in the context of biblical teaching, conversation, challenge and persuasion. It matters what you believe. We just need to make sure that what we believe is informed and thought through.

Next Sunday: Making Life Work Study

Right now we are working throuth the book “Making Life Work”.  It’s a study on Proverbs. Drop by the class. Grab a book. A donation of $10.00 would be helpful but not necessary. We work through the book one chapter at a time. That means you get to read the chapter ahead of time and when you show up, our conversation is for the purpose of applying our learning to everyday life. Ya, I know, it sounds like homework.  Hopefully I will send you home with more to think about than the next chapter for reading.
