Someone has said that it takes a community to change a life. We are convinced that is true. In fact, we believe that we were created by God to share our lives in a community. There are moments of giving. There are moments of receiving.

"Changes" is a ministry of Central Heights Church that offers hope to those who would like to receive help.

Here is how we do it...

• Let's begin with a basic introduction. First, we need you to fill out our "Changes" form to help us understand your situation better.
• Meet with a Pastor: Second, we would like you to book an appointment with a Pastor. At times you might be fortunate to get in right away.
• Next Steps: Third, you will be introduced to a resource list of supporting options and/or individuals. Sometimes we are able to help immediately. Other times a longer solution is needed.
• Community Involvement: Fourth, it is important to realize that the strength of this ministry is found in the community. Our desire is that you would be able to connect to our community in genuine friendships. It is within those friendships that your need for help will be met.

"Changes" ministry is really an invitation to our community. Whether it is an acquaintance friendship or a deep friendship we would like to help.
