2. Evaluation of findings
3. CPC to make recommendation to Elders 
4. Elders review recomendation (possibly ask CPC for more information)
5. Presentation of research findings to congregation
6. CPC gathers further research from questions that congregation potentially has asked
7. Congregation in prayer
8. Final presentation and decision by congregation.
