Elders

Central Heights is led by men who have been discerned of God to serve in providing spiritual leadership and oversight to our church.  At Central Heights we hold to a high and literal view of Scripture.  In Romans 12 Paul lists a number of Spiritual Gifts that are given to the Body of Christ.  One of those gifts is leadership.  We believe that God gives gifted men to the church for the purpose of leading His body.  Therefore, Central Heights is an Elder led church.  The qualifications for an Elder are outlined in Paul's instructions to Timothy and Titus (1Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9).
